Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship within the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We aren't able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the US yet.
Shipping options
- Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): $8.00, 2–4 business days in transit
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $40 or more
- Express (USPS Priority): $12.99, 1–3 business days in transit
Transit times start once your order ships and don't include weekends or holidays.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or it went unclaimed, the cost of reshipping is the customer's responsibility.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking hasn't updated, or your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy or email honuskincare@gmail.com.
